Blood bowl legendary edition vs chaos edition

Want a team that just beats everyone else up and doesn't care about the ball? Try Chaos or Dwarves. Want a tough team that can do most things decently and won't get hurt much? Try Orcs. There are lots of different races and every one has a slightly different playstyle. Also, if it is true, does that mean I'd pay $2.5 to upgrade on a -75% sale? Or does the discount not stack? If I get Legendary, and later want to upgrade to Chaos, how much of a discount would I get? I've seen someone mention that the price of Chaos goes down to $10 if you have legendary, but I don't know if this is actually true. Would I be missing out on a lot if I got Legendary edition instead of Chaos?

Has the game improved, stayed the same, or gotten worse, since release? at close range, RNG would not have any negative effects). How much of an effect does luck/random number generator have in Blood Bowl? For instance, I found Battle for Wesnoth to be more frustrating than fun because of the RNG, but I liked XCom since it gave us way more control over gameplay (e.g. Would someone who liked Frozen Synapse and the new XCom be likely to enjoy Blood Bowl? I get the impression that it plays similar, but in a sports setting, and I'm wondering how off the mark I am in my estimation. Since it just went on sale, I'm thinking of getting BB.
